Full mouth dental treatment in Turkey: implants, crowns or veneers?
Every week, patients from the UK, Europe, North America and Australia ask the same question: “I want a full new set of teeth in Turkey — should I get implants, crowns or veneers?” The honest answer depends on the condition of each tooth, not on a package. This guide explains which route fits which mouth, how many teeth a “full mouth” really means, what each option costs and how long it takes, and how to tell a plan written from your mouth from one written from a price list.

Which full mouth treatment do you actually need?
There are three routes. Most mouths need a combination, chosen one tooth at a time.
Full mouth dental implants are for jaws where most teeth are missing or cannot be saved: four to six implants carry a fixed bridge of 10–12 teeth per jaw. Full mouth crowns are for teeth that are still there but damaged — heavily filled, root-treated, cracked or worn — because a crown covers the whole tooth. Veneers are for teeth that are healthy but discoloured, chipped, gapped or slightly uneven, because a veneer removes only a thin layer from the front. Most full mouth cases are a mix: implants where teeth are missing, crowns on broken back teeth, veneers on healthy front teeth, and some teeth left untouched. Veneers and crowns take one trip of about 5–10 days; anything with implants takes two trips, 3–6 months apart. A plan that puts the same unit on every tooth was written from a price list, not from your mouth. At DentArma, a professor-led dental center in Antalya, the plan is written tooth by tooth by a professor of prosthodontics, reviewed by a professor of periodontology, and priced in writing after your 3D scan.
“Full mouth” is a marketing phrase, not a treatment. It can mean a full mouth of implants (also sold as All-on-4, All-on-6 or “new teeth in Turkey”), a full set of crowns (usually 16–20, sometimes 28 zirconium crowns), or a smile makeover (usually 8–20 porcelain veneers). They remove very different amounts of tooth, they take different numbers of trips, and they are priced differently. Search for “full mouth reconstruction in Turkey” and you will find all three described as if they were interchangeable. They are not.
The decisive question is not “how much does a full mouth cost?” but “what does each of my teeth need?” The answer to that comes from an examination and a 3D scan, and it is the reason two patients quoted the same price can receive completely different amounts of permanent tooth reduction. This guide gives you the rules a prosthodontist uses, so you can read any quote — including ours — and see whether it was written for your mouth.

| Question | Full mouth implants | Full mouth crowns | Veneers / smile makeover |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | 4–6 implants per jaw carrying a fixed bridge of 10–12 teeth (All-on-4, All-on-6) | A cap covering the whole of each tooth, usually zirconia, on 16–28 teeth | A thin porcelain shell bonded to the front of each tooth, usually 8–20 teeth |
| Who it is for | Most teeth missing, loose or failing; long-term denture wearers | Teeth that are heavily filled, root-treated, cracked, badly worn or broken | Healthy teeth that are discoloured, chipped, gapped or slightly uneven |
| What happens to your teeth | Teeth that cannot be saved are removed; healthy teeth should be kept | About 1–2 mm removed from every surface of each crowned tooth; not reversible | About 0.3–0.7 mm removed from the front surface only; not reversible |
| Trips to Turkey | Two, 3–6 months apart, about a week each | One, about 7–10 days for a full set | One, about 5–7 days |
| Market range across Turkish clinics (2026 price guides) | Roughly £2,100–£7,200 per jaw (≈ €2,500–€8,450); both jaws roughly £4,200–£14,400 | Roughly £130–£340 per crown (≈ €150–€400); 20 crowns roughly £2,600–£6,800; 28 crowns roughly £3,600–£9,500 | One 2026 guide puts veneers across Turkish clinics at roughly £215–£430 per veneer (≈ €250–€500) |
| DentArma price | All-on-4 both jaws from [CONFIRM: £6,000]; All-on-6 from [CONFIRM: £7,800]; single implant £300–£800 by brand | [CONFIRM: DENTARMA CROWN PRICE] per zirconium crown | £170–£280 per veneer (≈ $230–$375 / €200–€325); 8–10 veneers roughly £1,360–£2,800 |
| Material at DentArma | Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Neodent, Osstem or S.I.N. implants; Dental Direkt zirconia bridge | Dental Direkt zirconia or Ivoclar IPS e.max | Ivoclar IPS e.max |
| How long it lasts | Implants: 96.4% still in place at 10 years in a 2019 systematic review; the bridge is the part that wears | Often well beyond ten years with good care; published survival figures vary by study | Often well beyond ten years with good care; published survival figures vary by study |
| The main risk | Unnamed implants; final bridge fitted before healing; gum disease around implants later | Crowning healthy teeth that only needed a colour change — the “Turkey teeth” outcome | Being sold “veneers” that are actually crowns; too many units for the smile line |
| Not the right plan when | Several teeth are healthy and could be kept | The teeth are healthy, or the problem is only colour or alignment | Teeth are heavily filled or root-treated, or active decay or gum disease is present |
What does each tooth need? The tooth-by-tooth rule
| If the tooth is… | The right unit is usually… |
|---|---|
| Missing | An implant — single, implant bridge, or a full-arch bridge (All-on-4 / All-on-6) when most teeth in the jaw are gone |
| Loose, infected or broken below the gum and cannot be saved | Extraction, then an implant |
| Heavily filled, root-treated or cracked | A crown — it holds the remaining tooth together |
| Badly worn down (grinding, acid) | A crown or an onlay, with a night guard afterwards |
| Healthy but discoloured, chipped, gapped or slightly uneven | A veneer — or, for colour alone, whitening; for a small chip, bonding |
| Healthy but crowded or rotated | Alignment first; veneers only if still needed afterwards |
| A healthy back tooth that does not show when you smile | Nothing |
Apply that table to a real mouth and the result is almost never “28 of the same thing”. A typical full mouth plan at DentArma reads something like: two implants where molars are missing, crowns on four root-treated back teeth, eight veneers across the upper smile line, whitening on the lower teeth, and sixteen teeth left exactly as they are. That is what a plan written from a 3D scan looks like.
Six facts behind DentArma's full mouth planning.
DentArma Dental Clinic is a professor-led dental center in the Lara district of Antalya, Turkey, founded by Prof. Dr. Emre Şeker and Prof. Dr. Başak Şeker and authorised by the Turkish Ministry of Health to treat international patients. Every claim below can be checked independently, and we tell you how.
Professor-Led Planning
Prosthodontics is the specialty of full mouth rehabilitation. Prof. Dr. Emre Şeker (Prosthodontics & Implantology) writes the plan; Prof. Dr. Başak Şeker (Periodontology) checks the gums and bone every unit depends on.
Award-Winning Implantology Center
Recognised in 2026 [REPLACE: exact award name & awarding body]. Independent recognition of the clinic’s standards in implant care.
Patients, Over 20 Years
More than 7,000 international patients treated over two decades, from the UK, Europe and beyond. A long history gives you a track record you can research.
Full In-Clinic Team
A 32-person team of clinicians, nurses, treatment coordinators and patient-care staff. Planning, surgery, restorations and aftercare coordination are handled by the clinic’s own team.
Verified Review Score
4.9 / 5 across 700+ verified online reviews, including 380+ on Trustpilot — platforms the clinic cannot edit.
Every Tooth Planned On Its Own
A DentArma full mouth quote lists each tooth as an implant, a crown, a veneer or untouched, with the reason. No unit is added to fill a package, and the recommendation is the fewest units that give an even, natural result.
Who should plan a full mouth? Start with the credentials.
A full mouth plan is one of the most consequential decisions in dentistry: it fixes how much tooth you keep for the rest of your life. It should be written by the specialty trained for it.

Crowns and veneers placed over untreated gum disease are prone to failing at the gum line, and implants placed into it carry a higher risk of failing years later. A periodontology review before any full mouth work is built into every DentArma plan — and worth asking any clinic whether it is part of theirs.
How to verify any dentist yourself: ask for the full names of the dentists who will plan and carry out your treatment. Academic titles and publications of Turkish university staff are listed on YÖK Akademik, the Turkish Council of Higher Education’s public database. Then ask one question: “Will you send me a written plan that states, tooth by tooth, whether each unit is an implant, a crown, a veneer or nothing — and why?” A clinic planning your mouth answers it line by line.

One standard for every unit. Documented proof.
Whichever route your mouth needs, the material going in should be named, and you should be able to prove it years later. DentArma uses the same internationally manufactured systems found in private practice in the UK, Europe, North America and Australia, and records every unit.
Every patient receives an Implant Passport and a Crown Certificate listing the brand, model and the LOT and REF numbers that trace each implant, crown and veneer to its production batch. A dentist in any country can identify the exact components if your treatment ever needs attention.
700+ verified reviews. 4.9 stars.
The most reliable account of full mouth treatment in Turkey is written by patients, months later, on platforms clinics can’t edit.
How to read full mouth reviews like an expert
Look for reviews written six months or more after treatment, not on the day of the reveal. The useful ones say which route the patient had, how many teeth, whether the plan changed after the scan, and what life with the final teeth is like. Then read the negative reviews and, above all, how the clinic replied. You can also watch DentArma patients tell their own stories on the testimonials page.
Which full mouth treatments does DentArma offer?
DentArma offers every route — implants, crowns, veneers and mixed plans — so the recommendation can follow the condition of your teeth rather than a menu.
Full-coverage zirconia crowns on teeth that are heavily filled, root-treated, cracked or worn. One trip of about 7–10 days.
Porcelain veneers on the teeth that show, with whitening or bonding where that is enough. One trip of 5–7 days. See veneers in Turkey.
Mixed Full Mouth Plan
Implants where teeth are missing, crowns where they are damaged, veneers where they are healthy — and teeth left alone where nothing is needed. Usually two trips if implants are involved.
Two or more implants carrying a fixed bridge, or one implant per missing tooth, keeping every healthy tooth in place.
How much does full mouth dental treatment cost in Turkey?
Published 2026 price guides put crowns across Turkish clinics at roughly £130–£340 per crown (≈ €150–€400) and All-on-4 at roughly £2,100–£7,200 per jaw (≈ €2,500–€8,450). The spread inside each range comes mainly from the material, the implant brand and what the package leaves out.
At DentArma a porcelain veneer costs £170–£280 (≈ $230–$375 / €200–€325) and a single implant £300–£800 depending on the brand. A full mouth is priced as one itemised package: every tooth listed as an implant, a crown, a veneer or untouched, with hotel accommodation and VIP transfers included in full mouth packages for every visit. The price is finalised in writing after your 3D scan and before any treatment.
What a full mouth quote must state before you compare prices
- The number of teeth treated, and which ones
- For each tooth: implant, crown, veneer or nothing — and why
- The ceramic and the implant brand, by name, with batch numbers recorded afterwards
- Whether the final bridges or crowns are included, or only the temporary teeth
- The number of trips, and hotel and transfers for every one of them
- What a scan could change (a graft, an extra extraction) and by how much
- What is guaranteed, by whom, and for how long
- Where you can be seen at home if something needs attention
A quote that gives a price per tooth without a unit count, or a unit count without saying veneer or crown, cannot be compared with one that does. More detail: implant prices by brand, veneer prices by number of teeth.
How long does full mouth dental treatment in Turkey take?
One trip for crowns and veneers; two for anything with implants. If a timetable is shorter than this, ask which step has been shortened and why.
| Route | Trips | Days in Turkey | What the time is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Smile makeover with veneers | One | About 5–7 days | Smile design, minimal preparation, production, a try-in you approve, then bonding |
| Full mouth crowns | One | About 7–10 days | Preparation in stages, temporaries, production, a try-in to check the bite, then cementing |
| Full mouth implants (All-on-4 / All-on-6) | Two, 3–6 months apart | About a week each | Visit 1: scan, extractions, implants, fixed temporary teeth. At home: the implants fuse with the bone. Visit 2: the final zirconia bridges |
| Mixed plan with implants | Two | About a week each | Veneers and crowns are usually finished on the second visit so the whole mouth is matched at once |
How can you tell a full mouth quote was written from a price list?
The same unit on every tooth
Twenty-eight crowns, or twenty veneers, with no tooth left alone. Real mouths are not that uniform.
Crowns on healthy front teeth
A crown removes 1–2 mm from every surface. On a healthy tooth that only needs a colour change, that is the “Turkey teeth” outcome.
A price before a scan
A quote that cannot change after a 3D scan was not based on one. Ask what the scan could change, and by how much.
Implants finished in one trip
Final bridges fitted before the implants have fused with the bone. In our clinical view the healing period is not optional.
No material or brand named
“Premium zirconia” and “premium implants” are not names. Ask for the manufacturer and, afterwards, the batch numbers.
Back teeth that do not show
Cosmetic units on healthy molars add cost and remove enamel for no visible benefit.
When a full set of crowns is the wrong plan
Crowns are an excellent treatment for the right teeth. Much of the “Turkey teeth” coverage describes healthy teeth being prepared for full-coverage crowns when a veneer, whitening or nothing at all would have done. In a 2022 British Dental Association survey of UK dentists, 87% of the dentists named crowns among the treatments done abroad most likely to need follow-up work, and 85% named implants. Those figures describe dentists’ experience, not a failure rate for patients. In our clinical view they point to where the risk sits: in the planning, not the country.
The honest rule is simple. A tooth gets a crown because it is damaged, not because it is part of a set. If a clinic proposes 28 crowns, ask it to explain, tooth by tooth, what is wrong with each one. For the wider context, see our guide to Turkey teeth.
What aftercare do you get after full mouth treatment in Turkey?
The biggest worry with full mouth treatment abroad is “what if something needs attention once I’m home?”
DentArma answers it before you travel and after you return, wherever you live.
Why have full mouth treatment in Antalya?
Full mouth treatment means several appointments in one week, and for implants a second trip months later, so where the clinic sits matters more than it does for a single filling.
Antalya combines direct flights of four to five hours from most major UK and European airports, connections from North America and Australia via Istanbul, a compact city where the airport-to-clinic transfer takes minutes rather than hours, and a Mediterranean climate that makes the recovery days between appointments genuinely pleasant. Many patients pair treatment with a short break — the model often called a dental holiday in Turkey.
DentArma is in the Lara district of Antalya, at Güzeloba Mah. Lara Cad., Muratpaşa, a short transfer from Antalya Airport, with hotel accommodation and VIP transfers included in full mouth packages for every visit.
4–5-hour direct flights
Direct routes from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and most major UK and European airports.
Minutes from the airport
The Lara district sits close to Antalya Airport — no long transfers after a surgery or preparation day.
Comfortable recovery
A Mediterranean setting close to the Lara coast makes the days between appointments easy to spend.
All-inclusive logistics, every visit
Hotel accommodation and VIP transfers are part of full mouth packages for every trip your plan needs.

What is full mouth dental treatment in Turkey?
Full mouth dental treatment, also called full mouth reconstruction or restoration, is a plan that restores all or most of the teeth in both jaws using whichever unit each tooth needs: implants where teeth are missing, crowns where teeth are damaged, and veneers where teeth are healthy but cosmetically flawed. In Turkey it is usually delivered as an all-inclusive package over one or two trips to a clinic such as DentArma in Antalya.
Implants, crowns or veneers: how do I know which I need?
By the condition of each tooth, not by a package. Missing or unsaveable teeth are usually replaced with implants. Heavily filled, root-treated, cracked or worn teeth usually need crowns or onlays. Healthy teeth with cosmetic problems usually need veneers, or sometimes only whitening or bonding. Most full mouth cases are a mix, and the right plan is written tooth by tooth after an examination and a 3D scan.
How much does a full mouth of crowns cost in Turkey?
Published 2026 price guides put crowns across Turkish clinics at roughly 150 to 400 euros per crown, about 130 to 340 pounds, depending on the material and what the package includes. On that range, 20 crowns are roughly 2,600 to 6,800 pounds and 28 crowns roughly 3,600 to 9,500 pounds. At DentArma a zirconium crown costs [CONFIRM: DENTARMA CROWN PRICE]. Few patients need 28 crowns; the number should come from the condition of each tooth.
How much is a full set of veneers in Turkey?
At DentArma, a porcelain veneer costs 170 to 280 pounds, approximately 230 to 375 US dollars or 200 to 325 euros. A full upper smile of 8 to 10 veneers is roughly 1,360 to 2,800 pounds, 16 veneers across both arches roughly 2,720 to 4,480 pounds, and 20 veneers roughly 3,400 to 5,600 pounds. Most smile makeovers need 8 to 10 upper veneers; 16 to 20 is for cases where the lower teeth also show when you smile.
How much do full mouth dental implants cost in Turkey?
Published 2026 price guides put All-on-4 across Turkish clinics at roughly 2,100 to 7,200 pounds per jaw, so a full mouth on implants is roughly 4,200 to 14,400 pounds across the market. At DentArma, All-on-4 for both jaws starts from [CONFIRM: £6,000] and All-on-6 from [CONFIRM: £7,800], including final zirconia bridges and hotel and VIP transfers for both visits. Single implants cost 300 to 800 pounds depending on the brand.
How many teeth are in a full mouth treatment?
It depends on the route. A full mouth on implants carries 10 to 12 teeth per jaw on 4 to 6 implants. A full set of crowns or veneers usually means 16 to 20 teeth, the ones visible when you smile, and 28 means every tooth except the wisdom teeth. Back teeth that are healthy and do not show rarely need cosmetic units.
Can I have a full mouth smile makeover in one trip?
With veneers and crowns, yes: usually one trip of 5 to 10 days, with a try-in before anything is bonded. Implants need two trips 3 to 6 months apart, because the implants must fuse with the bone before the final bridge is fitted. A mixed plan that includes implants therefore takes two trips.
Is a full set of crowns in Turkey a bad idea?
It is the wrong plan when the teeth are healthy. A crown removes far more tooth than a veneer, and crowning healthy teeth, the outcome the UK press calls Turkey teeth, trades a lifetime of tooth structure for a colour change. Crowns are the right plan for teeth that are heavily filled, root-treated, cracked or worn. Ask any clinic to state, tooth by tooth, why each crown is needed.
Do I need all my teeth removed for full mouth implants?
Only teeth that cannot be saved are removed. Full-arch implant treatment such as All-on-4 or All-on-6 is for jaws where most teeth are missing or failing. If several of your teeth are healthy, a mixed plan that keeps them is usually the better one, and a clinic recommending the extraction of healthy teeth should explain exactly why.
What does a smile makeover in Turkey include?
A smile makeover is a plan, not a single product. It usually means porcelain veneers on the teeth that show, sometimes with whitening, bonding, crowns on damaged teeth or gum reshaping, planned with digital smile design and a try-in. At DentArma it is planned by a professor of prosthodontics and reviewed by a professor of periodontology, in one trip of about 5 to 7 days.
Which lasts longer: implants, crowns or veneers?
Implants have the best-documented long-term survival: a 2019 systematic review found 96.4 percent of implants still in place after ten years. Zirconia crowns and porcelain veneers often last well beyond ten years with good care, though published survival figures vary by study. Lifespan depends mainly on the planning, the fit at the gum line, gum health and daily cleaning rather than on the country where the work was done.
How do I get an exact full mouth quote?
Send clear photographs of your teeth, and a panoramic X-ray if you have one, for a free provisional plan.
