Dentarma is an established implantology and smile-design dental center in the Lara district of Antalya. Founded by Prof. Dr. Emre Şeker and Prof. Dr. Başak Şeker in 2005, we have treated over 15,000 international patients across two decades — and still operate as a single, owner-led practice with the same two founders leading every full-mouth case.

Founded in 2005 by two professors, not investors.
Dentarma was founded in 2005 by Prof. Dr. Emre Şeker, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and Prof. Dr. Başak Şeker, a prosthodontist specialising in aesthetic restoration. They met during their academic careers and built the dental center on a single conviction — that international-standard dentistry should be delivered by senior clinicians directly, with consistent protocols, every time.
Twenty years later, the dental center has grown from a small founding team to a twenty-five-strong specialist practice. What hasn’t changed is the original commitment: every full-mouth case is led personally by one of the two founding professors.
An established practice, still owner-led.
Over twenty years, we have been offered the investment to scale Dentarma into a multi-clinic chain across Turkey. We have chosen not to. The reason is simple — the moment a dental practice prioritises volume over standards, every patient becomes a transaction.
At Dentarma, every full-mouth case is reviewed personally by both founding professors before treatment begins. Implant placement is performed by Prof. Dr. Emre Şeker. Smile design is led by Prof. Dr. Başak Şeker. Twenty years in. Always. No exceptions.
Patients from 30+ countries, mostly the UK.
Across two decades, our patient base has grown to roughly 70% from the United Kingdom, 15% from Germany and Italy, and the remaining 15% spread across Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Scandinavia, and a steady stream of patients flying in from further afield. The dental center operates in English, German, Italian, and Turkish, with a dedicated patient coordinator team that stays with each patient from first WhatsApp message to final UK aftercare appointment.
Investment in the years ahead.
Our recent expansion focuses on three things: UK aftercare partnerships (Glasgow, Surrey, North Croydon — with more to follow), continuous investment in clinical technology (digital smile design suite, in-house dental laboratory), and structured patient education. Our next major investment is a dedicated patient lounge for international patients arriving directly from the airport — opening 2026.

A team of twenty-five, still founder-led.
The dental center has grown to twenty-five clinical and support staff over the past twenty years — two founding professors, associate dentists, specialist hygienists, in-house lab technicians, sterilisation staff, and a multilingual patient coordinator team that handles every step from first WhatsApp through to UK aftercare.
What hasn’t changed at any point in those twenty years: every patient meets a founding professor on day one. Every coordinator stays with the same patient from first message to final UK follow-up. We don’t outsource anything that matters.
