How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We respond to every enquiry within 24 hours — and most WhatsApp messages get a reply within an hour during clinic times. Your first response comes from a real patient coordinator, not an automated system.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
The most useful things are a recent panoramic dental X-ray (an OPG) and a few clear photos of your smile and teeth. If you don’t have an X-ray, photos alone are enough to start — we’ll give you an initial assessment and confirm details later. The easiest way to send these is via WhatsApp.
Does contacting you commit me to anything?
No — there’s no deposit, no obligation, and no pressure. A consultation request simply gets you a treatment plan and a fixed quote so you can make an informed decision in your own time. Many patients research for months before booking, and that’s completely fine.
Can I speak to the dentist before I travel?
Yes. Every patient is offered a free video consultation with the relevant professor before committing to treatment — so you can ask questions, see who will be treating you, and feel confident before you book any flights.
